Our Medical-grade Chemical Peels treat various forms of skin issues. Chemical peels are clinical treatments designed to exfoliate or remove the outer layers of skin. These solutions are used to assist in the drying up of active acne, dislodgement and purging of blackheads, reducing superficial wrinkles and scarring, improving the appearance of mature changing skin, rectifying sun damage, and modifying and lightening pigmentary disorders (sun or age spots) including rosacea and melasma.
A Jessner peel is a medium depth chemical peel that combines lactic acid, salicylic acid and resorcinol to exfoliate the skin and penetrate deeper into the skin’s layers. This Peel is great for those with acne, thick skin, skin discoloration, moderate wrinkles, and oily skin.
SALICYLIC ACID PEEL
Salicylic acid peels are used to deeply exfoliate the surface layers of the skin. Salicylic acid breaks the bonds that hold the skin's cells together, causing them to shed away or peel. As the skin regenerates, it is rejuvenated.
Compared to other types of chemical peels, salicylic acid gives a gentle exfoliating action.
GLYCOLIC ACID PEEL
A glycolic peel is a mild peel that offers visible anti-aging benefits. This peel is great for those who are looking to treat dry skin, target sun damage, and reduce pigmentation and fine lines.
LACTIC ACID PEEL
Lactic acid peels are a type of chemical peel that is made from AHA (alpha hydroxy acids). They are very mild as they are derived from milk. If one has sensitive skin or has never done a chemical peel before, a lactic acid peel is a wonderful choice. It helps improve the overall appearance of the skin and leaves your skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
